- The project works which are being constructed, including temporary works and materials to be incorporated
- Contractors plant machinery and equipment
- Removal of Debris
- Consultants fees
- Principal existing property
- Third Party Liability (Property Damage & TP Bodily Injury)
Location of property insured?
- On the named project site
- Cover may be extended to provide cover for offsite risks, such as supplier’s premises, offsite fabrication yards and for delivery to site
